Charles Burns Upton
Charles Burns "C.B." Upton II (born September 5, 1977) is an American attorney and entrepreneur.
==Early life==
Upton was raised in Williamsburg, Kentucky, a small town in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky. He graduated from the Williamsburg Independent School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee.
Upton worked at Morgan Stanley in Tampa, Florida after completing his undergraduate studies. Following three years there, he enrolled at Stetson University College of Law where he was an editor of the ''Stetson Law Review''. Upon graduation, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
